With the SleepAura patches make falling asleep easy. Simply follow these steps to achieve the best effect:
1. Choose the right time For optimal effect, we recommend Use the SleepAura patch about 30 minutes before going to bed. This gives your body enough time to absorb the natural ingredients and gently guides you to sleep.
2. Clean and dry the skin
To ensure the patch adheres optimally, you should first clean and dry the area you want to apply it to. We recommend placing the patch in an area that is free of hair and oily skin - ideally on the inside of your upper arm or on your wrist.
Carefully remove the protective film from your SleepAura patch. Then press it firmly onto the cleansed skin area and make sure it adheres well. The patch should remain in place all night to ensure that the ingredients are released evenly.
